WLA Alumni Webinar

The webinar seeks to empower participants with knowledge of alternative dispute resolution strategies. Outlining what mediation is and what mediation is not, it aims at provoking a discussion of when to utilise mediation and scrutinising the specific mediation options or processes available in participants’ respective countries.

 

About the Speaker:

Linda is an Accredited Mediator trained by Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB)-Kenya branch in 2017 and a Qualified International Mediator by IMI (International Mediation Institute)in 2023. She is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She Holds a Bachelor of Laws from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law, Diploma in Criminology and Sociology Diploma from University of Nairobi.

Linda has vast experience in private Mediation and also Court Annexed Mediation in Kenya. She has helped many parties settle matters in Commercial, Labour, Family, Succession and Land matters.
Linda has been a passionate Tutor for the Mediation Course since 2021, training for Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-Kenya branch, and Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA).
